What I Loved This October….

October was the month where the days got longer, the nights got spookier and clowns invaded the streets and unfortunately our social media feeds. October for me was also a big month for anime. This Months i started watching a wide range of anime’s, including many new releases as well as some old goodies. So here are my top 5 Anime’s for the month of October….

5.  Magic Kyun! Renaissance

Magic-Kyun! Renaissance

Magic Kyun! Renaissance is a cute new anime that first aired on October 2nd. The anime follows Kohana Aigasaki as she navigates the beautiful magical arts school Hoshinomori.

This anime scores points in every aspect for me. It has a multitude of cute and strange bishies, as well a great story line and gorgeous animations. After the first few episodes i can honestly say i have fallen in love! Kohana is your typical kind anime girl, but mix in some musical bishies and gahhh I couldn’t stop smiling through the each episode.

If you like bishies and cute, musical romance scenes then you definitely need to check this anime out!

4. Mahou Shouji Ikusei Keikaku

Mahou Shoujo Ikusei KeikakuMahou Shouji Ikusei Keikaku is an anime that aired on the 2nd of October, and has been a recent fav ever since.

The anime follows a group of girls who through a social app have become real life magical girls. Seems like your typical magical anime right? Wrong! This anime definitely has a dark side, as the magical girls must compete against each other to survive. It’s cute, dark and captivating. The animations are really cute and the characters draw you in.

If you liked Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica then this is anime for you!

3.  Bleach

Bleach picture

I know, I know who didn’t watch bleach growing up…. Well me. Bleach was always a I’ll start it later anime, and it wasn’t until my boyfriend made me watch it with him that i realized how good this anime actually was.

So i don’t think this anime needs an explanation as you have all probably seen it already…. Ooops!

But after completing this anime i definitely have a new appreciation for  it. It was exciting, funny and heartbreaking all at the same time and often left you wanting more. However them fillers though… And i thought the Naruto fillers were bad but damn! 60% of Bleach was fillers!

But none the less if you haven’t seen this anime yet, you definitely have to!

2. Kamisama Kiss

Kamisama HajimemashitaKamisama Kiss has been on my to watch list for a while and last week I finally decided to watch it. And OMG i am so glad i did. I mean i literally watched both seasons in 1 day, I mean talk about a binge sitting.

The anime follows high school girl Nanami Momozono who happens to become a newbie deity for a shrine. Kamisama Kiss is another lighthearted goodie, filled with gorgeous bishies and lots of laughs. And main love interest Tomoe the fox familiar is literally bae. He is a sexy, grumpy and talented fox demon who can make any girl swoon, and his connection and devotion to Namami is beautiful. These two are just to perfect together.

This anime is definitely a must watch especially if your in need for some laughs and romance.

1.Kiss Him, Not Me

Watashi ga Motete DousundaSo I have done a review on this anime before. But Kiss Him, Not Me is definitely my number 1 October favorite for this year and with the anime still airing i know i will love it right until it finishes.

This anime has everything. It is cute and absolutely hilarious! It is so funny there hasn’t been an episode that hasn’t left me in tears. For a more in depth review see here.

This is a must see anime and i highly encourage you to check it out especially id you like hot bishies and lots of laughter!

  1. Bleach is a classic, was originally part of the big 3 – One Piece, Bleach and Naruto. The rivalry between those three was unimaginable. Kamisama Kiss is also a very cute anime! I also binge watched that then went on to binge read the manga now I’m stuck waiting for new releases haha!

      1. It’s so worth it. I’m a little disappointed that the anime is covering massive parts of the manga in OVA’s and not a new series but yea you should def read the manga.
